TWO LENT STUDIES

The noon study is a joint effort of First Presbyterian Church, First United Methodist and Good Shepherd.

The study will be “Embracing an Alternative Orthodoxy: Richard Rohr and the Legacy of St. Francis”. Richard Rohr explores five topics central to Franciscan theology and practice. The study is held from March 8 to April 1, 12:10pm to 12:50pm (Wednesday)

The evening study is at Good Shepherd.

A video series is “Embracing Forgiveness” by Barbara Cawthorne Crafton. The series leads a group of adults in a revealing and helpful exploration of what forgiveness is not, first of all, and then, what it is and how to find it in our lives, on both the personal and communal level.
